The Beauty Counter Manager leads the Kiehl's counter at Cherry Creek Shopping Center, delivering personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the brand. The manager oversees counter operations, vendor events, scheduling, and ensures the space is customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for customers
