Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads the brand counter to deliver personalized makeup and skincare services while driving sales and building customer loyalty. This role combines hands-on consultations and applications with counter operations, vendor relationship management, and event execution. The Manager leverages in-store and digital selling tools to achieve sales goals and maintain a welcoming, organized counter.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, and promotions for the counter
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with loyalty program enrollment
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
