Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and customer experiences for an assigned luxury beauty brand at the store counter. This role combines makeup application, skincare consultation, and sales leadership while managing scheduling, vendor events, and counter operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals
• Drive counter sales and achieve personal and counter goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new customer rewards accounts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready counter environment
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming customer experience

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to proactively address customer concerns and build loyalty
• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and drive to meet sales targets
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hours, frequently bend and reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
