Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain a customer-ready department, process transactions, and build customer loyalty.
• Stay informed about beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge.
