Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' beauty goals.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready while developing beauty product and trend knowledge.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty.
