The Beauty Counter Manager leads the Clarins counter in Downtown Seattle, delivering personalized makeup and skincare consultations while driving sales performance. This role balances direct selling, digital outreach, and vendor collaboration to grow customer relationships and meet counter goals. The manager ensures the counter is organized, customer-ready, and staffed to deliver an exceptional beauty experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations to customers.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execute vendor events, promotions, and counter activations.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships to maximize results and loyalty.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.
• Keep the counter organized, clean, stocked, and customer-ready; collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment.
