This role blends selling, coaching, and vendor collaboration to build a customer following both in-store and digitally. The manager oversees counter operations, events, and merchandising to ensure a welcoming, customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive business results.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open customer rewards accounts while maintaining a customer-focused experience.
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
