Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer beauty goals
- Recommend products and drive sales using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals and track performance
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in rewards program
- Keep counter organized, clean, and customer ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service focus
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle concerns with empathy
