Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer ready
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges and enroll customers in the rewards program
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
