The Beauty Counter Manager provides personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for an assigned luxury beauty brand at a retail counter. This role blends sales, product knowledge, and service through in-person and digital selling to build customer relationships and achieve performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer beauty goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
