Summary

Store Manager responsible for leading and developing the boutique team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business performance. Accountable for store operations, budget management, talent recruitment and development, and implementing actions to achieve sales goals in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team through hands-on management and coaching
• Build and grow client portfolios and drive client repurchase rates
• Cross-sell and identify business opportunities to meet store goals
• Act as a role model in selling and floor management
• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure excellent client experience
• Recruit, train, and engage staff with development plans and feedback
• Monitor and manage store budget and performance metrics
