Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend products and build customer loyalty through personalized service
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
• Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
