Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to drive results
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Recruit and build customer loyalty by opening new rewards accounts
• Keep the department customer ready through organization and cleanliness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
