The Beauty Counter Manager provides personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for an assigned brand at a department store counter. This role combines sales and education through makeup applications, skincare consultations and digital and in-store selling to build customer loyalty and meet performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to drive business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Open new customer rewards accounts and build customer loyalty
- Maintain counter organization cleanliness and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends products and industry knowledge through trainings
