Summary
Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the selling floor to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales and category goals. Coach and develop talent, support store operations as Manager on Duty, and represent the brand through strong product knowledge and clienteling practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide real time coaching and feedback to Client Advisors on the selling floor
- Support opening and closing of the store and lead shifts as Manager on Duty
- Drive client engagement and clienteling activities to grow and retain clientele
- Develop cross category selling and ensure team product knowledge
- Recruit, onboard, and conduct performance conversations with team members
- Partner with Store Director and merchandising teams on product feedback and replenishment
- Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships
- Maintain visual merchandising and store asset organization per guidelines
- Collaborate with Operations HR and Loss Prevention on policy adherence
Requirements
- 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to analyze selling reports and react to business trends
- Proven ability to drive client experiences and measurable results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- Strong verbal written communication and organizational skills
- Passion for the fashion industry and high level of professionalism
- Ability to inspire and influence a team and manage competing priorities
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
