Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Recommend products and drive sales through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals and participate in commissioned selling
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
