Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in the rewards program
• Maintain counter presentation, organization, and cleanliness while staying current on beauty trends and trainings

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and foster an inclusive team environment
• Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and drive to meet sales goals using networking and technology
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
