Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and in-store activations.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business results.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.
• Maintain a customer-ready counter through organization, cleanliness, and product presentation.
