Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to customers
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain organization and cleanliness to keep the department customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends products and industry knowledge through training
- Use networking and technology such as text and social media to build customer following
Requirements
- Passion for customer service and beauty including makeup application and skincare
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns
- Strong multitasking organization and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and work in a commissioned sales environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership accountability and initiative
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
