Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media.
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new rewards accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive customer environment.
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep it customer-ready.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
