Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds and exchanges and open rewards accounts
• Keep the department organized, clean and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge via trainings
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
