Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and client experiences at an assigned beauty counter, combining product expertise and service to drive results. This role coaches team members, manages vendor events and promotions, and uses in-store and digital tools to build customer relationships and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications, skincare consultations, and personalized product recommendations.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and vendor relationships to maximize sales.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in rewards programs.
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation.
