Summary

Lead the sales and customer experience for an assigned beauty brand at the store counter, acting as both salesperson and educator. Maximize sales through in-store and digital channels while building a loyal customer following and strong vendor partnerships. Manage counter presentation, events, and daily operations to deliver personalized beauty experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and counter-level marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships to maximize business results.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment.
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills.
• Comfort working in a commissioned sales environment and drive to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities.
• Empathy and the ability to proactively handle customer concerns and build loyalty.
• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and regularly lift up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds.
