Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach counter staff to drive sales and provide expert beauty consultations.
• Achieve sales targets through clienteling, product demonstrations, and promotional activity.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, cash handling, and point-of-sale procedures.
• Manage inventory, restocking, merchandising, and loss-prevention processes.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising displays, and adherence to brand presentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail or beauty management experience, ideally in cosmetics or prestige beauty.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and build lasting client relationships.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of makeup and skincare products with excellent consultation skills.
