Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations, recommending products based on customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling, vendor events, promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open new customer rewards accounts
• Keep the beauty counter organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a welcoming environment
