Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for the assigned beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education, building customer relationships in-store and digitally, and coordinating counter activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations tailored to customers’ goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Coordinate vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready while building customer loyalty and processing sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.

• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
