Summary
Lead sales and customer experience for the assigned beauty brand by driving personalized makeup and skincare consultations, building customer relationships, and meeting sales targets in a commissioned retail environment. Manage counter operations, vendor events, and maintain product and industry knowledge to deliver luxury beauty services.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products tailored to customer goals
- Achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
