Beauty Sales Associate - Michigan Avenue

Summary

Serve as a Client Advisor delivering elevated selling and exceptional customer service to cultivate client relationships both in-store and through digital outreach. Use styling expertise and brand knowledge to drive sales and act as a trusted style confidante for clients at the Michigan Avenue location. This role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in-person and digitally to build long-term relationships
• Demonstrate expert styling and product knowledge to guide purchases
• Utilize digital selling tools and store technology for outreach and sales
• Manage omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals

Requirements

• Previous fashion retail or styling experience
• Experience selling on commission
• Comfortable using technology for digital selling and client outreach
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Motivated to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible availability to work varied retail hours
• Strong customer service and communication skills
