Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products to support customers' beauty goals.
• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointment booking, and customer events.
• Build customer loyalty, process sales and returns, and support Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay informed about beauty trends and products.
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
• Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute positively to a team.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills, with motivation to achieve sales goals.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
