Summary
Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury department environment, engaging customers through makeup application, skincare consultation, and digital selling to drive sales and build customer loyalty. Work collaboratively with the Nordstrom Beauty team to maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer ready department while staying current on beauty trends and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer beauty goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and maximize sales for luxury beauty brands in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while promoting customer loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep the area customer ready
- Participate in trainings provided by company and brand partners to stay current on trends and products
Requirements
- Passion for beauty including makeup application and skincare
- Strong customer service and ability to connect with customers and handle concerns

- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
