Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products from on-trend and luxury beauty brands
- Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling
- Use text and social media to build customer relationships and drive digital sales
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer ready
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
