Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare consultation, and digital and in-store selling. Build customer relationships and drive sales for on-trend brands while maintaining a welcoming, organized department at The Grove location.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
- Engage customers to understand beauty needs and build a following in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales goals including digital selling via text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep customer-ready
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
