Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to build relationships and drive sales in-store and digitally
- Book appointments and support beauty events and services to increase revenue
- Use texting and social media tools to sell and follow up with customers
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
- Keep up with product trends and complete trainings from brand partners
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service skills with ability to connect and handle concerns
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Comfort with continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift and frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
