Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships while driving sales for men's luxury fashion. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through product expertise, consultative selling, and clienteling. Collaborate with vendor partners and support store events to maximize revenue and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalized service to clients and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales plans
  • Develop and maintain a clientele through proactive outreach and clienteling
  • Maintain thorough product and brand knowledge to provide expert style advice

  • Participate in store events and promotions to engage clients
  • Support ad hoc store needs and contribute to team performance

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in retail or luxury environment
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for fashion and deep product knowledge in men’s luxury apparel
