Provide personalized beauty consultations and services within a luxury beauty department, driving sales through in-store and digital interactions while supporting a welcoming team environment. Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Recommend and sell beauty products to achieve individual and department sales goals
- Use text and social media to engage customers and drive digital selling
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service and ability to connect with diverse customers
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability for continuous movement and lifting up to 25 pounds
