Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury beauty department by engaging customers, delivering makeup applications and skincare consultations, and driving sales both in-store and through digital channels. Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and drive sales in-store and via digital selling tools such as text and social media
- Book appointments and support beauty events and services to increase revenue
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges while promoting loyalty program enrollment
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
- Keep current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Meet individual and department sales goals
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns with empathy
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform continuous movement and physical tasks during shifts
- Capability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
- Interest in using networking and technology for sales
