Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room by measuring for size and recommending appropriate styles for fit and comfort.
- Provide personalized service and honest feedback to build customer loyalty.
- Use digital tools such as text and social media to drive in-store and online sales.
- Meet and strive to exceed individual and department sales goals.
- Participate in training to maintain up to date fashion and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team to fill orders, restock merchandise and remerchandise displays.
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to maintain a customer ready department.
