Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and services from on trend and luxury beauty brands
- Book appointments and drive sales for in store beauty events and services
- Use text and social media to support in store and digital selling
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
- Manage sales refunds and exchanges and open new rewards accounts
- Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends products and brand training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends makeup application and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving skills
- Empathy respect and ability to support customers during services
- Strong multitasking organization and follow through

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
