Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Engage customers to understand needs and recommend products
• Drive sales through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
• Open new customer rewards accounts to build loyalty
• Keep department customer ready through organization and cleanliness
• Stay informed on product and industry knowledge through trainings
