Luxury Style Advisor - Handbags

Summary

Brand Ambassador responsible for driving sales and representing a specific handbags vendor line through product expertise, client development and training of store associates. The role focuses on executing brand strategies, expanding client relationships and coordinating special orders and events to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for the brand in the handbags category
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing client sales
• Coordinate special orders, reserves and product movement between stores
• Execute category strategies provided by Brand Manager or GM
• Train and educate store associates on product construction and features
• Provide feedback to buying office and vendors using Monthly Recap Form
• Act as liaison between department and vendor representatives
• Support special events, trunk shows and partnership activities
• Serve as a role model for customer service standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of selling experience in like product
• Excellent selling and client building skills
• Training skills and basic math ability to interpret reports and goals
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Knowledge of customer base and top customers
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams
