Provide personalized beauty consultations and makeup applications in a luxury department setting, engaging customers in-store and digitally to drive sales and build customer loyalty. Maintain product and industry knowledge while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting department readiness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to set and achieve sales goals both in-store and via digital channels
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
• Manage sales transactions including refunds exchanges and rewards enrollment
• Keep the department organized clean and customer ready
• Use selling tools including text and social media to build customer following

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends makeup application and skincare
• Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle concerns
• Strong multitasking organization and follow through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
