- Engage customers to understand needs and build customer followings in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales goals including use of text and social media for selling
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales refunds and exchanges and assist customers with rewards account enrollment
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive welcoming environment
- Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends products and brand knowledge through training
