Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup applications, skincare consultations and product recommendations. Engage customers in-store and digitally to build loyalty and achieve sales goals while maintaining a welcoming and organized department.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and conduct skincare analyses to meet customer beauty goals
- Recommend and sell on-trend luxury beauty products
- Use digital tools including text and social media to drive sales and build a customer following
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
- Attend trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application and skincare
- Excellent customer service and ability to connect with diverse customers
- Strong multitasking, organization and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
