Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling guidance and fit recommendations to customers
• Use text and social media to engage and grow customer following
• Open new customer rewards accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
• Maintain communication and teamwork to meet store objectives
