Provide personalized beauty experiences in men's fragrances by engaging customers, performing makeup applications and skincare analyses, and driving sales both in-store and digitally. Support a welcoming team environment while maintaining product and department presentation and meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and build customer followings in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales targets and participate in performance-based incentives
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Use selling tools including text and social media to drive digital selling
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Keep up with beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer service and ability to connect with customers
- Empathy and respect for diverse customers during applications
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
