Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations, makeup applications, and skincare recommendations to drive sales for luxury beauty brands both in-store and through digital channels. Engage customers, book appointments, and maintain a welcoming department environment while meeting sales goals and supporting beauty events and services.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to build relationships and drive both in-store and digital sales
• Use selling tools including text and social media to increase customer reach
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Open new customer accounts to build loyalty programs
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
