Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and products
- Use networking and technology including text and social media to drive sales
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow relationships
- Fill orders, restock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
- Work collaboratively with team members and occasionally perform duties in other departments
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Interest in fashion and product knowledge development
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift with bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
