Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Recommend products and style options to meet customer needs
• Process sales transactions and handle payments
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance
• Participate in inventory replenishment and stocking
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Provide product information including features and fit
• Support visual merchandising and promotional setups

Requirements

• Customer service orientation and strong communication skills
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6 to 8 hours
• Frequent bending reaching and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work retail schedules including weekends and events
• Willingness to attend hiring event interview and complete onboarding
• Basic math skills and ability to operate point of sale systems
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
