Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow digital following
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide style and fit guidance with honest and confident feedback
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Open new loyalty program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Be flexible to perform duties in different departments as needed
• Meet physical demands including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds
