Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
- Engage customers to understand beauty goals and build customer loyalty
- Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer-ready presentation
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Keep current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle concerns
- Empathy and respect during makeup and skincare services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to meet sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to be on feet 6-8 hours with frequent bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
